With the Custom Cases all supplies and products are special to each order, thus not making them generally returnable and refundable. If there is any issue with your recieved product please reach out to us for any additional steps we can assist you with. 

All Shipping is handled through the United States Postal Service and thus subject to any additional fees or rates set in place by them as the distributor. Orders may also be subject to delays outside of our control and does not default a purchase into refund due to minor delays.
